Shipping Policy – Icon Importz
At Icon Importz, we’re passionate about getting your gear to you fast and safely. Whether you’re copping car posters, merch, or accessories, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience high order volume or a special product drop, shipping times may take a little longer. If there’s any major delay, you’ll be notified by email.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Incorrect Address Policy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional payment for re-shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Icon Importz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at Icon.importz@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can help file a claim and assist you.
